Armand Van Helden "I Want Your Soul (Southern Fried)" Rapidshare Music Video&Lyrics

Armand Van Helden
One of Armand Van Helden's invaluable strengths as a dance music producer par excellence is his complete unpredictability. Over the years it's been well nigh impossible to plot his next move, and just when you have him pinned down as a garage house specialist he moves off at a totally different tangent.

Such is the case with his most recent output, which finds him stuck in the quicksand of late 1980s dance. A good thing, when the results are this uplifting. The vocal material is far from original, with Siedah Garrett's 1985 hit Do You Want It Right Now, already plundered last decade by the Degrees of Motion for their own uplifting cover, used as the basis here.

Yet Van Helden puts his own spin on it, with hand claps, chunky beats and fizzing synthesizers all pushing the music, while the "I want your soul" couplet is lifed from the centre of Garrett's chorus and repeated to good effect.

It makes this out as a track you'd willingly hit the dancefloor to, leaving your drink on the side - and for a dance music artist, no praise could surely be greater!

Booty Luv "Don't Mess With My Man" Rapidshare Music Video

Booty Luv
Cherise and Nadia have had rather a lovely time of it after dropping their not-so-successful work with Big Brovaz to tread the dance route. As Booty Luv, the duo had big success earlier in the year with poppy, electric cover 'Shine' and now they're back to prove that they're not just one-hit wonders and that their enthusiasm for dance music isn't feigned for purposes of continuing a successful career.

'Don't Mess With My Man' is everything a dance tune should be. Great, leaping, wide-ranging vocals complement each other as the pumping bass beat backs up the straightforward, forthright lyrics. Booty Luv know exactly how far to push the dance boat out - keep it mainstream, keep it catchy, don't go for any crazy techno beats - and whatever choices they're making so far should be kept up, because it's all working rather wonderfully.Booty Luv

Moby "Extreme Ways" Rapidshare Music Video&Lyrics

Moby Extreme Ways
Moby's first single from the "18" album, "We Are All Made Of Stars" was a poppy, breathy little number, generally full of the joys of life. "Extreme Ways", the second single, is its flipside.

Driven along by a solid drum section and mutedly funky baseline, Moby almost groans out semi-confessional lyrics, being interrupted every so often by a chorus of "I won't stand in line for this". This is a deliciously infectious song, more in line with "South Side" than, say, "Go" or "Honey", in its description of a very black mood. One is left wondering what Moby won't stand in line for. Another beating from a lover? Another slagging off from the media about his Christianity and veganism? He never explains, definitely a good thing, as it allows one to draw one's own conclusion as to what this beautiful song may be about.

Extreme ways are back again
Extreme places I didnt know
I broke everything new again
Everything that Id owned
I threw it out the windows, came along
Extreme ways I know move apart
The colors of my sea
Perfect color me

Extreme ways that that help me
Help me out at night
Extreme places I had gone
But never seen any light
Dirty basements, dirty noise
Dirty places coming through
Extreme worlds alone
Did you ever like it planned

I would stand in line for this
Theres always room in life for this

Oh baby, oh baby
Then it fell apart, fell apart
Oh baby, oh baby
Then it fell apart, it fell apart
Oh baby, oh baby
Then it fell apart, it fell apart
Oh baby, oh baby
Like it always does, always does

Extreme songs that told me
They helped me down every night
I didnt have much to say
I didnt get above the light
I closed my eyes and closed myself
And closed my world and never opened
Up to anything
That could get me along

I had to close down everything
I had to close down my mind
Too many things to cover me
Too much can make me blind
Ive seen so much in so many places
So many heartaches, so many faces
So many dirty things
You couldnt believe

I would stand in line for this
Its always good in life for this

Oh baby, oh baby
Then it fell apart, fell apart
Oh baby, oh baby
Then it fell apart, it fell apart
Oh baby, oh baby
Then it fell apart, it fell apart
Oh baby, oh baby
Like it always does, always does

Axwell "I Found U Ft Max'c" Rapidshare Music Video MV/試聴 視聴 mp3 PV 動画 映画 歌詞/뮤직 비디오/동영상

When it comes to the definition of an anthem, this single has practically re-written the rulebook….

Axwell’s ‘I Found U’ is fast becoming the soundtrack to the summer of love ’07. It’s been an Essential New Tune on Radio 1, a top flyer in the Buzz and Cool Cuts from a limited promo mailout, and DJs such as Pete Tong, Annie Mac, Trophy Twins, The Shapeshifters, Bob Sinclar, David Guetta, and many more, are all in support.

‘I Found U’ twists rave pianos, soul and electro into an all-dancefloor-conquering smash. Such genre-defying dexterity could only come from one of the world’s leading producers, Axwell, and follows the young Swede’s last hit single for Positiva, the reggae-tinged houser, ‘Watch The Sunrise’.

Axwell’s 2007 has already been what journalists like to call a whirlwind year - in addition to a bevy of underground nuggets, he’s remixed the likes of Bob Sinclar (’I Feel For You’) and Faithless (’Music Matters’), following on from previous high-profile re-stylings for Madonna (‘Jump’), Hard Fi (‘Hard To Beat’), Nelly Furtado (‘Promiscuous’), Usher, N.E.R.D, Moby, and many more.

Add into the equation a DJ itinerary that reads like a pilot’s monthly flight schedule – Miami, Paris, Barcelona, Moscow, Ibiza and such far-flung locations as Australia, South Africa, and even Morocco and Algeria - and the facts speak for themselves – Axwell is going places in every sense.

‘I Found U’ features Finnish-based US singer, Max’C, who provides a superlative soul vocal. Axwell’s mixes include the lead Remode mix (also the radio edit version), and a classic soul house mix for more traditional floors

Calvin Harris 'The Girls' Rapidshare Music Video MV/試聴 視聴 mp3 PV 動画 映画 歌詞/뮤직 비디오/동영상

Calvin Harris is MTVTakeaway's crush of the moment. The tall, dark Scotsman won our hearts with 'Acceptable In The 80s' and he's looking to do it again. But - sigh - he's 6'5", wonderfully quirky and gorgeous - we'd never have a chance with him. Hang on, though, what's this we hear? Calvin Harris likes every type of girl under the sun? Swoon!

'The Girls' hardly does anything to dampen our Harris infatuation. Starting with a beeping, crackling keyboard introduction, the track gives way to the kind of bassline that offends the elderly and exhilarates everyone else. Then - be still our beating hearts- we have the vocals. Following a spoken word sample declaring appreciation for girls large and skinny, black and white, Harris steps into the spotlight. It's his sultry delivery of lyrics like "I'm living life to mess around and play" that make the track the seductive stormer that it is. An instant anthem for pretty boys across the nation, 'The Girls' is sure to further catapault Calvin Harris to superstar terrirory, leaving a trail of broken hearts in his wake.
