Dizzee Rascal "Old Skool" Rapidshare Music Video MV/試聴 視聴 mp3 PV 動画 映画 歌詞/뮤직 비디오/동영상

It never made much sense for one of Dizzee Rascal's most U.S.-friendly tracks to have a name and chorus likely to confuse or offend American listeners. Wisely, then, the second single from Dizzee's third full-length, Maths + English, breaks his Wiley-dissing "Pussy'ole (Old Skool)" down to just "Old Skool". The video follows suit, with 1980s-style short-shorts, striped socks, and breakdancing-- and nary a derogatory reference to female anatomy.

It's a good match for a song that revives the sample used in Rob Base's "It Takes Two" (sadly left unused in Ryan Adams' "Two"). In keeping with Dizzee's real-G boasts throughout much of the album, the clip also exudes toughness: noirish lighting, muscular cars, and gritty scenery. But to understand this track's shiny, nouveau-retro appeal, watch the dancers bust a move.
